- Tour a center for sea turtle rescue
- Visit charming, colorful towns up and down the coast via boat
- See Mexican moonshine being made by a local villager
- Learn about butterfly migration at a local sanctuary
- Have a cooking demo by a local chef and taste testing of regional speciality dishes
- Stroll through a botanical garden filled with orchids, ferns, cacao and native plants
- Attend a mountain fiesta where cowboys will show off their skills
- Visit the cafes, art galleries and restaurants of the historic city center
